During the Annual 2008 Welland Food Fest the WPFFA hosted a fundraising Chilli Cook off. Thanks to Welland's Mayor, Crock Pot Canada, Oster, Michael and Anna Olson, and all the participates for making this event a great success.

Which raise over 600$ for the Niagara Regional Children's Safety Village.
